Randall’s Zesty Beans is a clean cut take on a traditional salsa. We’ve combined the steadfast flavors of an awesome bean dip with the freshness of Mexican salsa to bring you this tasty, easy to make appetizer. All you have to do is pick your favorite brand of salsa, add our famous Randall’s Great Northern Beans, a bit of healthy sugar substitute, mix it all in a bowl, cook the ingredients and serve with corn chips!

This recipe keeps well overnight in the refrigerator if you want to let the flavors sink in before serving. It can be served chilled or warm.

Ingredients
  • 4 1/2 cups of Randall Great Northern Beans
  • 1 16-ounce jar thick and chunky salsa
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Twin Brown
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Stir together all ingredients in a pot. Cook until hot. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
