Looking for a great starter to your first get-together of 2016? Look no further- we’ve whipped up this super delicious and healthy salsa made with Randall’s own Garbanzo and Black Beans. Even better than being super easy to make, it’s vegan! You can make as much or as little as you want and it only takes 10 minutes to throw together.

This bean salsa is the perfect blend of heat and flavor during January, and it’s simple to get the home grown ingredients right in your town, at your local grocer or farmer’s market. Easy to make and easier to eat, it’s the perfect companion to a gathering or just after a long chore of shoveling the driveway. It’s bound to be a hit with all of your friends and family.

From our friend and recipe developer, Sara Croft: “This recipe is close to my heart…a college roommate introduced me to a simplified version that was just made by opening five cans of beans, corn and tomatoes, offering a healthy salsa that we could eat off of for at least a week since it makes so much.” Check out her food blog Solid Gold Eats.
