One Pan Cilantro Chicken and Rice with Black Beans
This zesty chicken and rice with Randall Beans black beans from Cooking Classy is great for kids or picky eaters. Lime juice and lime zest give succulent chicken great acidity. Add some jalapenos for a little heat. Just be sure you use minute rice instead of regular rice! 30 minutes is all you need to put together this tasty dish.
Spicy Shrimp Skillet with Tomatoes and White Beans
You’ve taken care of the kids, now how about mom? This recipe from Kitchn may not be for picky eaters, but it is amazingly delicious and amazingly easy. Perfect for date night with your special guy or lady! Juicy shrimp, sweet cherry tomatoes and plump Randall Beans great northern beans make for a killer combo. Hit it with a little heat from Aleppo peppers to balance out the sweet and you’ve got an amazing dinner for two.
Skillet Beans and Rice with Kielbasa
We found this recipe at Belly Full is a polish twist on rice and beans. Onions and kielbasa along with chicken broth soaked rice and Randall Beans kidney beans create a perfect balance of sweet, salty and savory. Another 30-minute meal to throw in your recipe repertoire, this dish also makes for great leftovers.
