Another huge benefit of this recipe is its flexibility. This recipe calls for Randall Beans chickpeas, but you can easily make it with our great northern beans as well! They’ll blend incredibly well, and will provide that same delicious, creamy texture you desire.

Instructions

- Combine the chickpeas (or great northern beans), cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla and mint extract (if using), ground cinnamon, and sea salt in a small food processor. Pulse a few times to combine. Add the coconut milk and process until smooth.
- Add half the chocolate chips and pulse a few times. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with the rest of the chocolate chips. Enjoy immediately or cool before serving. Store refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
