This delicious chocolate and peanut butter smoothie includes Randall Great Northern Beans for a protein boost. Enjoy it as a healthy breakfast smoothie or as an after-meal milkshake with zero guilt. There’s no such thing as too much chocolate!

Ingredients

• 2 cups of whole or skim milk (you can also use plant-based milk)

• 2 frozen bananas

• 1 cup  of Randall Great Northern Beans, drained

• 5 pitted dates

• 2 Tbsp of cocoa powder

• 1 Tbsp of smooth or chunky peanut butter

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to the blender.

2. Blend until smooth.
