While tomorrow might be America’s birthday, today is almost as exciting. That’s right, it’s National Eat Beans Day. While we believe you should eat beans every day, make sure you don’t miss out on the fun of today’s holiday. To celebrate, we’re sharing some of our all-time most requested bean recipes. It might sound a little unusual, but you’ll be surprised at how well apples and maple syrup combine with great northern white beans. It’s a rich and satisfying baked bean recipe that goes perfectly with pork of any kind, from honey-baked ham to roasted pork loin. Try it for a twist on baked beans that will have your guests begging for the recipe.

 

Old-Fashioned Three Bean Salad

The perfect classic side dish for any potluck or picnic. This salad combines Randall Pinto Beans, crunchy green and red bell peppers and a tangy apple cider dressing.
