Spring is finally here! It’s been a long, cold, grey winter, but we are finally starting to see some life breathe back into nature and the weather start to become more sunny and warm. Before too long we will be shoving all our sweaters back in our closets in favor of short sleeve shirts.
In honor of spring’s return, we have a suggestion: let’s have a party! In the spirit of this beautiful new season, we have been all about healthy, natural, vegan recipes this month. So our party’s finger food are all going to be vegan appetizers.

Thinly sliced cucumbers or pickles, capers, red onion, avocado, bean sprouts, and microgreens are great alternatives to the salmon used in the recipe.
Springtime calls for spring rolls! Try making these delicious vegan spring rolls from Blissful Basil. They are full of wholesome and tasty spring ingredients like grilled corn, roasted red pepper, carrots, avocado, lettuce and black beans of course.
