Hosting a great party takes serious planning. Who to invite, what music to play and most important: what to serve! The key to perfect party food is convenience. Soups and spaghetti are tasty but not practical finger foods. What you need is something easy to make, easy to serve and eat, and most importantly great-tasting. These delicious and unique bean and salami roll-ups are just what you need to set your party apart.

Our bean and salami roll-ups recipe is a fun dish to feed a crowd. The filling is made with our hearty bean soup base recipe. It’s a healthy mix of Randall Pinto Beans, sun dried tomatoes and Porcini mushrooms. Chives and arugula add freshness and a mild herbal flavor. Spread the filling on slices of salami then fold up the edges and roll into a cone. For a fun variation, you can add a sprinkle of mild shredded cheese like mozzarella. No matter how you serve them, we guarantee your guests will love this new take on finger food.
